We are happy to cancel or amend orders providing the item has not already been processed (usually within 24hrs). If you have already received a confirmation email then please create a return once you have received your order as this means that your parcel is already making its way through the delivery system.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events our of our control. If the estimated time of delivery has lapsed by 7+ days then please contact us

We use Royal Mail to deliver all our items. A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during check-out containing your tracking number
CAN THE HAIR BE DYED
Yes, the hair is 100% human hair so can be colour treated. There a few golden rules however when it comes to dying hair extensions, so if your new to colour treating pay close attention! Hair extensions have been cut off from natural oil supply and undergo chemical procedures during manufacturing so it is very important you colour your extensions properly to avoid damage.

You should never try to lighten hair extensions, using bleach or high levels of peroxide can cause the hair to become dry and unmanageable. Hair extensions should be coloured darker or toned to the same level only.
If using purple pigment products to eradicate warmth, put the purple product in water and dip the extensions in and out till the hair has reached the tone you want. Hair extensions are naturally porous, products with high concentrations of purple pigments put directly onto the hair can leave you with un-even or un-wanted results.
