HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RETURNS LABEL? Once you have created a return a label will be sent to your email address. This can be printed at home or at a post office
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your return. An email confirming your refund has been processed will be sent to you.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN? You have 30 days from the day you received your item to start your return. Please see our returns policy for full details
ARE RETURNS FREE? Retuns are not free. For UK customers a shipping fee of £3.99 is applicable. For EU and International this cost is £6.99. The cost of shipping is taken from your refund amount.
RETURNS POLICY Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received your item. Items must be returned back to us in the same way they were received, as new, with the gold hygiene ties in tact and in the original packaging. A £3.99 return Shipping fee applies.
